A tale of forgotten lands is the result of one year of errand spent between Kazakhstan and Kirgyzstan.




 In these regions at the crossroads of Asia, Middle East and Russia stands a mix of Turkish influence, Muslim culture and vestiges of the Russian Empire and the former USSR.



From the Kirghiz mountains to the Kazakh steppes, from the Caspian sea to the foothills of the Chinese border, I let my feet guide me to this part of the globe that I fell in love with.
